A Galaxy in Motion: Return of the Third Eye Redux — A Yoga Experience in the Gallery

Galaxy in Motion is a unique fusion of yoga, Star Wars, and artistic immersion that nurtures mindfulness in a unique environment. This collaboration between EASEL and Gene O'Neill combines slow, deliberate yoga sequences with moments of deep reflective engagement—where the practice extends beyond the body.

The story for Star Wars was inspired, in part, by the epic yoga story The Ramayana. The hero archetypes in this work inspired some of the key characters including Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker. This class will explore, through movement and posture, the story of Star Wars and a Return to the Third Eye.

The class ends with a soothing yoga nidra sequence encouraging relaxation, reflection, and expansion to a galaxy far, far away.

Bring your own props. Suggested props include a yoga mat, firm pillow or bolster, 1-2 blankets, comfortable clothes, a journal, and anything else to enhance your experience.
